There are four ways to run Token Controller. Prices are per organization. Nothing is priced per seat.

The four plans

Plan	Price	What you get
Solo	Free, hosted	One person, one organization, every feature. No card needed.
Team plan	200 USD a month per organization, or 2,000 USD a year	Up to 150 members. Roles, review, approval and reject, monthly close, ticket sync, hosting in the EU. 14-day trial.
Enterprise plan	Custom	For more than 150 members or for isolation needs. An isolated hosted instance in the region you choose, OIDC and SCIM, an audit log, telemetry passthrough to your own collector, cloud bill connectors on request, a support SLA.
Self-hosted	Free, AGPL-3.0	The same Docker image and features as the Team plan, on your own Postgres in your own region. Community support on GitHub. With a support contract it becomes an Enterprise plan.

One account, one organization

One account belongs to one organization. An agency whose clients each have their own AI account runs one organization per client.

The 150-member limit

The Team plan stops at 150 members. There is no member 151 on the Team plan: an organization that needs more moves to the Enterprise plan. Every member counts the same, whatever their role.

Payment and currency

The Team plan is paid by card through Stripe. The Enterprise plan is paid by invoice. Prices are in USD; invoices in EUR are available on request.

Where your data lives

Solo and the Team plan are hosted in the EU. On the Enterprise plan you choose the region. Self-hosted runs wherever you run it.
