Outliers

An outlier is a cost far from your organization's own baseline for similar work.

The baseline

Token Controller compares each ticket with similar past tickets in your organization, not with other customers. The report lists the tickets furthest from it, high or low.

What to do with it

Open the token entries and read the summaries. An outlier is a question to ask, not an alert: nothing is sent and nothing is stopped.
